Preschool Enrichment

Bring YogiBop into your preschool or daycare with 30-minute enrichment classes designed to complement your existing curriculum.

Each class combines movement, music, yoga, and mindfulness while incorporating your school’s current themes, seasonal units, and classroom concepts. Through songs, creative movement, storytelling, and age-appropriate activities, children reinforce what they’re learning in the classroom while building body awareness, self-regulation, and confidence.

Classes can be taught in English, Spanish, or bilingually and are adapted to meet the developmental needs of each age group.
